Returns and exchanges

Most items can be returned or exchanged if the product has not been worn or used, and does not show visible signs of wear. Please see below for specific item information.

Ruby Doo is committed to providing quality products to our customers.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return the unworn and unaltered item(s), to us in original condition and with all tags attached, within 21 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

Shipping fees are, unfortunately, non refundable. Returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned garment.

Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned garment.

Merchandise may not be returned if worn or washed. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for a replacement or refund.

To return/ exchange products to Ruby Doo:

Please return the invoice that is included with your shipment. Send the items you're returning to the address found on the form. Please contact us if you do not have this invoice. info@ruby-doo.co.nz

We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend that you track your return. Once we receive the garments, we will notify you via your email address on record, of the refund, store credit or exchange. If the selected exchange item is not in stock in the size/color selected, we will email to notify you of that fact.

Please note that Ruby-Doo is a fashion company and trends move quickly. Items may sell out fast, so please be aware and act quickly when requesting an exchange. Stock is limited and once sold out, some styles cannot be reordered.

Your Privacy

We respect your privacy and do not sell our mailing list, nor do we disclose private information to any other person or company. Occasionally we may contact you to obtain further information or to offer other products or services that we feel may interest you. Should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will ensure that your name is withheld.

When you shop by internet it is important that your credit card details are secure. All of your credit card details are processed by National Bank, and are encrypted and transmitted electronically via SSL technology to ensure your privacy and to prevent interception.

Ruby Doo does not receive any of your credit card number information. Your order and shipping details that we obtain, will be stored and retained solely for our own use and will not be divulged to any third party.
