Payments are not instant.
Your account will not show that your order has been paid for until the next working day, regardless of what the banks will indicate.
We manually update our system, once we see payments clear in our account. |

We can't always answer our phone as we are busy in our warehouse, sorting through orders.
Please leave us a message if it goes to voice mail, but we can reply to inquiries easier if it is emailed.
Please be aware, we may not get back to you as quickly, if the inquiry is by phone.
We also prefer to contact you by email, as we are primarily an internet based store.

Question : Delivery Times? |

Please allow at least 7 working days (after confirmation of payment) for your delivery, if you are within New Zealand. For deliveries to Australia, these will be sent via standard airmail, so allow up to 14 days.
Please note that payments made in the weekend, may not show until the Tuesday of the following week.
You can check on the status of your order, by logging into our website with your order number or member details. This will let you know whether payment has been received and whether your parcel has been sent or refund has been given. |

The points system is rewarding our customers for buying with us. As you order, some of our items have points, that you can accumulate.
We are offering a rebate of 10% of the total order, once you reach 200 points.
If you are paying by credit card, we will "rebate/refund" your card or if you are paying by direct credit, this can be deducted by you, at the time of transfer. |

Please allow 5 working days for refunds to be processed.
Paypal refunds, please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed. We can also supply refunds direct to your bank account with bank details.
Please note that this is our allowance for refunds and you will need to allow for the banks to process this and show in your account. |

We can only hold your items ordered for 48 hours, so we do recommend payment in this time. Choosing Direct Debit as the form of payment cannot guarantee your order will be available after the 48 hours.
We also need to allow 2 working days for your deposits to show. They need to clear in our bank, before the system will show your order as paid. |

Our courier parcels are sent via NZ Couriers.
Normally there is no need to supply a tracking number, but if you are concerned regarding the whereabouts of your parcel, please email us for this number.
For Deliveries to Australia, we use standard post. It is possible to also track these parcels. |

Please place the garment/s in the original bag. Make sure that the swing ticket is still attached and and the invoice is in the bag.

Question : Can I purchase online if I live in Australia? |

Yes. The shipping will be standard, not via courier, so this may take slightly longer. The postage amount stays the same, unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
